That part can’t be copied or created by anything else. Even when it’s hard and frustrating, I’ve learned I have to keep digging, keep searching, keep listening. What helps me most is turning to God—l, through prayer, through quiet moments of reflection, He helps clear the noise and bring my thoughts back into focus. If you’re feeling lost, don’t give up.
